Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase or requesting a return.

Refund & Returns Policy

Policy Duration: 7 Days from Purchase
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Refunds or returns are not accepted for incorrectly purchased batteries — customers bear full responsibility for selecting the correct battery before purchase.
  • Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Battery Australia will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. 1 Check your bank account again — the credit may have been applied but not yet visible.
  2. 2 Contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. 3 Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. 4 If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@batteryaustralia.com.au or call 0492 979 067.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us:

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning a high-value item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
